The U.O.C. Laboratory of Medical Genetics is a University-led structure with mixed personnel that has been operating since 1976 in what is now called the San Camillo-Forlanini Hospital.
The Structure, which deals with both diagnostic and research activities, for years has obtained certification according to ISO / 9001-2008 and EFI standards, as well as professional accreditation from the Italian Society of Human Genetics, and UNI EN ISO accreditation. / IEC17025: 2018 for Forensic Genetics.
